Our History
AVANT MSO, LLC, a Limited Liability Company was formed in 2014 to serve as the legal entity for potential ACO formation and Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) participation. The ACO includes a network of high-performing primary and specialty care providers and is a physician-only ACO model with no portion of shared savings from reduced utilization going to hospitals.
